Thousands of Android apps can track your phone — even if you deny permissions - The Verge

This is alarming. Our data has been recorded on without our knowledge. So what will the government do about it? Google is just hypocritical as they assert about privacy, when they are the ones violating them. They should also update their policies for the app developers. They are already exploiting people. That's why I am getting scared now to download any apps. We want an operating system which respects people's privacy.
