Food Photography - Grilled Chicken And Stuffed Champignon

The chicken was spiced in and out around 20 minutes before grilling.... and the mushrooms (champignon) are stuffed with sauteéd veggies. Added to these combo is the boiled green asparagus sauteéd in butter. The yogurt cheese sauce completes the whole lot and is added as a dip for the asparagus.

    We grill the chicken in a bath full of water and spices in the oven.. it is always a whole chicken .. before it is served on the table it is being cut into halves, then in quarters. Everyone gets his share.
