As the human population is increasing, other species population is decreasing, and some them are even facing near extinction period.

Even though, elephants are not one among near extinction species, their population is decreasing by the day.

India is one of the countries that is also facing this situation. In the Indian state of Assam, with time and expansion of the tea farms in the area over the period of more or less 75 years, elephants starts migrating towards Bhutan. During this migration several conflicts occur between humans and elephants and many, both humans and elephants, lose their lives.

To avoid this situation, an Indian tea farmer, Tenzing Bodosa, has come up with an innovative and strategical idea and successfully implemented it to inspire many thousands others.

It is admirable and inspiring what tea farmer Tenzing Bodosa is doing for them, and he is appreciated & certified by [Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network](wildlifefriendly.org) for his efforts as well.

Bodosa’s innovation has not gone unnoticed – he has trained about 30,000 farmers on his tea-farming practices, and his garden has been certified by the Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network as the world’s only elephant-friendly tea farm. ...Source
