Hemp is legal in the United States. President Trump signed a bill into law that makes industrial hemp legal in the Untied States. This is a reversal of what the policy was for years with the war on drugs. The passing of this bill does not legalize marijuana in the US at the federal level. Hemp is used to make more than that. Under the new law, what is produced cannot be intoxicating.
