Bitcoin is a little over a decade old. In that time, it climbed to be the 11th largest money supply in the world.

It is closing in on all the Russian Rubles out there, which holds the next spot on the list.

With a decent run up to $50,000, Bitcoin could break into the top 5. After that it will have a tough time passing the other ones on the list.

If it can pass all fiat, it would then have the last remaining barrier, gold to surpass. This would mean Bitcoin had a value of over $8 trillion.
