It has been a long time about the debate in the Senate of the Philippines about the major capital punishment for the drug related offender. I agree with Sen. Pacquiao to execute the culprits. Drugs is the main cause of so many crimes happening day by day. The worst is, the victs are the children in terms of raping. How many times it happened and I think capital punishment like hanging or execute publicly could help. It depends on the situation. It must be implemented to the big drug lord only not the small users.
This is only my idea and thank you @dlike. for having new improvements in this site.
