As per the news the official announcement is yet to come but Ben Stokes is the early contender among the public nomination .Along with him New Zealand captain Kane Williamson ,player of the World Cup is aloso been nominated as New Zealander of the year. "He's been the embodiment of the qualities we cherish as New Zealanders - courage, fairness, humility," Bennett said.
