Punching Drills - Iron Fist

One of the most common strikes is punch. Whether you learn martial arts or not, everyone knows about it. And anyone can throw a punch.

Whether that punch is accurate or not, that's the second question. If any punch lands on your face, it can decorate your face. lol...

When you learn how to punch, start slowly. Make it in the correct order. You do not have to put speed and power on it. When you get that right, then you put speed and power. It makes your punch powerful and more effective.

You can practice on your own for the first time. Later, you can use the punching bag or dummy. When you practice with the punching bag, you see how it feels like when you hit on something. Spend some time practicing it.

You can ask your friend or training partner to practice with you. You can use gloves while doing your training. In this video, you will see punching drills. Later, you will see training with a partner.
