I have been wanting to take tumeric for a while now, but the taste is quite powerful so I can't use it in my smoothies. Capsules is a good idea though.

Yes, that is another option.

I bought the root of it a few times thinking it's natural so probably better than in capsules for example. But soon I understood I'm too lazy and I am going to buy capsules :)
