In Europe or at least in Spain it sounds to me that there is also regulation to kill domestic mining. You have to be registered as a company to be able to do this activity.
Why should big mining centers receive subsidies? This way they will get even bigger advantage over the small miners and this is not good for decentralization
Now the miners are the targets. The governments of the world are taking aim at crypto. Do not think this is a mistake.
