Antonio Brown agrees to terms with Patriots

Antonio Brown did not stay on the open market for very long.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that the Oakland Raiders granted Brown his release. This made him a free agent at 4:00.

It is now reported that Brown will become a member of the New England Patriots. His stint in Oakland, which never saw him play a regular season game, was filled with controversy. That will not happen with the Patriots, an organization noted for its ability to eliminate the antics.

Brown will get $15 million with $9 million coming as a signing bonus. It is a one year deal.
