Many underprivileged and underrepresented communities were hurt when jailed during the time of prohibition. These people must be aided when cannabis becomes a growing industry.

Shit yeah man how about all the fines and jail time is repayed! That would be nice! Probation and drug monitoring? Extra! Probation violations and lost wages and careers? Yet the government made a killing.
