Did you know Japan has banned mandatory vaccines since 1994? Not only this, they banned the triple MMR jab in 1993 after a record number of children developed adverse reactions to the drug.
Are many "Anti-Vaxxers" former "Pro-Vaxxers"...? Yes! Many parents didn't know the truth. Many people in our community followed the "rules" by vaccinating their children, and then observed the damage firsthand.

Nothing gets Aimee worked up as much as the blatant vaccine pushing and I totally understand it. She used to get into arguments all the time on facebook but I think she has mostly given up on trying to enlighten people since it is pretty much the equivalent to banging your head against a brick wall.
Seems like most people don't want to know the truth. I feel like a lot of it boils down to parents not wanting admit to themselves they may have put their own children at risk because of their ignorance so instead they deny and lash out at people who are anti-vax.
