MY DAY OF LITTLE BEGINNINGS; PROMOTING STEEMIT IN MY OWN LITTLE WAY

There's a saying that says:

A journey of a thousand mile begins with a step

I believe the highly esteemed founder of steemit @Ned started with his team in a small gathering and told them about this vision called Steemit and here we all are, enjoying the vision and i'm glad to have taken that small step that will eventually lead to a great impact.

GIVING BACK IN MY OWN LITTLE WAY

I'm convinced that steemit is a blessing to us all because i'm a living proof. So i decided to also start preaching the steemit gospel to others. Out of the passion of giving back to the community, i came in contact with an amazing steemian @jglowsinger who is also passionate about steemit-promo. We met and planed of how to carry out some activities that will spread the steemit news; but meanwhile, on her own, she has been going from school to school for her campus tour project where she tells students about steemit and so far, she has recorded some successes.

OUR LITTLE MEETUP

After i have spoken to some people about steemit, i fixed a date for the meetup and also invited @jglowsinger to come share her experiences and testimonies from steemit with them. Eventually she came and she spoke to the people and by the end of the meeting, the invitees were all excited about the community. We made plans on how to continue the Campus Tour around schools(tertiary institutions). After the whole meetup, all the invitees were all excited and they were also signed up on steemit and they are all waiting for approval.
