I tried something different in term of the treatment of the audio.I exported the sound of the video, then imported in my old cubase 5 that has a great noise reduction plugin that I cannot find anywhere else.

It modifies the reverberation of the sound of the walls of where you record, to almost a point of nullification.IT reduces background noises and white noise. The only minus, is that it create something very similar to a phaser/flanger on the mediums, so after that i added a quick equal and dynamic compression on a stereo track to give it some volume and range.
