Promoting SteemFitness for Healthier Lifestyle. || Jogging on Streetsides up to the Park after work.
There is an old saying that never gets old! "HEALTH is WEALTH". In Steemit most of us are focused on our screen monitors, monitoring our tradings & investments which consumes most of our time. We forget to take care of our bodily needs to detoxify, to get sweat and release toxins that are trapped in our system. Here is where we promote STEEMFITNESS to encourage everyone to at least spend a little of their time to get out from their cabins and comfortable airconditioned room and run to the park, streets, ovals, gym to exercise and to do some stretching.
"If you want to stretch your Life, Do some stretching everyday!"
Our life is so vulnerable once we get sick everything is affected including our work, social engagement, commitments to our families and loved ones. We become less productive. So, while we are still young and able start building up healthier lifestyle. Spend at least an hour or two to exercise, to do some yoga stretching, to jog around the city or street corners. In this way we can be more productive when we get back to our work and responsibilities in life.
SteemFitness is for all who wants to enjoy more in Life and stay longer in this Life!

Getting exercise is so important, me and my wife hike 5 miles everyday. She was on high blood pressure meds, and the hiking alone got her off the meds. I know this might not help everyone, but this was a profound change for her and me!
