Dlive is so far my favorite application on the Steem blockchain. Great work so far @dlive. I am really looking forward to an iOS release, do you have a rough ETA for it yet?
@consciousangel7 and I really want to get @encryptdcouple on @dlive but for some reason only a certain video file type is accepted and we haven’t gotten around to converting our video files over. Hopefully sneaking this in as a reply to your comment will get this issue recognized because right now it’s far more convenient to upload to @dtube and that’s really saying something 😂
@amvanaken, only .mp4 files are supported right now but there are plans to expand to other file types in the future.

I think the gifting aspect of dlive is a huge benifits to steemit. Twitch is run totally off of the gifting economy and people get paid lots. This means there are people out there that are willing to tip/gift. I’ve those people get on steemit and dlive they will need to purchase steem to gift. This will help increase the value of steem. Also being able to comment using a YouTube or Facebook account is huge. Dlive is doing some awesome stuff... I need to do some more love streams for sure

I can’t wait for the IOS release, I really want to use my iPhone to livestream but the IOS Apps that have RMTP server options are meh... One of my decently large twitch streamer friend started talking about Dlive because she uses the app for twitch live-streaming on Android at least it gets our name out there! So it’s still a win!
