On New Years Day in 1983 I saw ZZ Top in Mobile Alabama. Someone threw a whole pack of these types of fireworks into the crowd. Everyone looked down and they all glowed green, then, red, then white. I wish I had video from it. Also had to duck a few bottle rockets that flew around the place. And I even saw a 3 ounce rocket go from one end of the arena to the other.
It was fun back then! No one got hurt. But today, no way the cops would let something like that happen.
