Now the cops can fine the kids and not feel bad, since a big company will cover the fees. It's like free money for the cops. Not sure that's a "win".
Except they'll have the proper permits, so how can they be fined?
Of course, they shouldn't need a permit and it's not like the state hasn't gone out of its way in the past to invent reasons...
But, it seems like this is a good example of the free market stepping in to defend others in the free market.
