I had a feeling nanotechnology could be used in this kind of way but have always focused on the positive outcomes of it.
Hopefully the leadership of this technology and of the world would prevent the misuse of this technology and the ones that come out of it!

You should google Technocracy News... I'm afraid that this is all going toward nefarious purposes. China is an excellent example. I watched some videos about transhumanism, and these people are scary... they're all NUTS! One guy, a neurosurgeon called Dr. Frankenstein a "brilliant scientist." He was a fictional character! These people's grasp on reality is tenuous at best!
