I would agree with you on humans being cloned . But the resultant clone wont be as perfect as the original one , because it is very difficult replicate consciousness . The conscious cannot be considered as some data that can be copied an uploaded. You see we don't really know yet, what is conscious ?! how the biochemical processes in our brains actually produce the complex info we call consciousness, so recreating or extracting one is not an option as of now.
Not for now, apparently. But who knows man, perhaps it is possible and we have here Donald Marshall saying he is a clone himself. This is a possibility we need to take into account. In the end, there are a lot of secrets we don't have access to.
