Well, this is such a great intiative.
I particularly love the idea of giving tangible things that people need to grow their steemit account. This is clearly a well thought out concept that needs more recognition than it's currently getting. May you grow beyond your expectations so you can continue to do such noble things.

Piece of advice;

It would be so much easier and reader friends to highlight some points as the rules and requirements in point form, preferably bullets. Makes your post so much neater :)
