DOVU PROTOCOL
The DOVU Protocol empowers ‘data owners’ (individuals, organisations and even IoT devices – any source of data) to control access to the data shared, whilst receiving value from future profits of the use of that data in return – in the form of DOV Tokens. ‘Data providers’ (those that create APIs to resell data) can define Smart Contracts to set conditions of use and the level of reward they are willing to offer to data owners, whilst data owners forever retain control to cancel the contracts, change and revoke permissions.
DOVU TOKENS
The DOV token is the only method of exchanging value in the DOV ecosystem. A decentralised global ledger combined with a token that’s required to use that ledger aligns incentives and creates more intense product engagement.
