Who are speaking English more clearly?

English

English converted in the unofficial world language, but between English and English, I see big differences. It’s hard to understand some people, others are speaking (or writing) it very nice and clear. Possibly it depends also on the original language of the speaker, the actual region the person is living, the schools he or she visited... What is your impression? Can we recognize some patterns?

I am Hungarian.
At first I felt that the American English and the Canadian English accents are the easiest English accents to understand.
The British English accent felt weird and hard to understand in general at first, but after listening to native British speakers (for example GameRiot, I started to like the accent, and this accent is often better (clearer and easier to understand) than the American English and the Canadian English in some cases.
The native English speakers on BBC Radio 4 are speaking the English language very clearly in most cases, and they are easy to understand in most cases, but there are also many accents in the United Kingdom, and the accent/pronunciation can also be different even between British and British.

Interesting, I discovered BBC4 about 10 days ago. And last weekend, Newstalk 106, Ireland, seems to be also very useful. There are so many US English movies and series, I really have to practice the British accent.

I also like BBC World (difficult, with a lot of Asian and African interviews) and LBC London (local station)

Thank you.

It depends on individuals and varies from one individual to another albeit the same country citizens.
