dPoll curation update to reward dPollers

dPoll has been operating in the STEEM blockchain in the last couple of months. We have 240 polls opened so far, with 1528 different votes across 362 different STEEM accounts. If you miss the announcement post, have a look.

In order to reward the engagement on the dPoll interface, I have created a new account (@dpoll.curation). This account will reward the STEEM accounts contributing to the dPoll content.

However, in order to prevent abuse attempts, upvotes will be curated manually via our discord channel from a group of curators.

This account currently has 1k SP. While it's not much, I also trail this account sometimes with bonus upvotes.

I had stated that the curation was not planned, in the past. However, I have decided throwing a couple of cents to good polls shouldn't disrupt the STEEM economy.

Technical background and workflow

Bot is defined as a custom management command in the dPoll's django application. It uses discord.py library to listen commands forever. When it sees a $upvote <link> <weight> command, it checks the post via Lightsteem and upvote after some checks.

It won't vote if:

• The post age is lower than 14 minutes.
• The post is not broadcasted from dPoll interface.
• The sender of the command is not in the "curators" group.

It's a good and simple example for combining STEEM and Discord communities.
