Do you think it's ethical for athletes to dive at the finish line in order to win?

Looks like this technique is becoming more and more popular. Shaunae Miller won the Olympic gold in Rio in 2016 and now Infinite Tucker, dived over the finish line to win the 400m at the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Track & Field Championships in America.
