Not everyone can get a vaccine. Also, it's a common misconception but vaccine immunity is not 100%. It's still possible for the virus to get past your immune system before it responds in time to create antibodies, even with full vaccination. It's just much less likely. It's therefore important to prevent the virus from spreading through the population.
