From my point of view, sharing the artworks on other outlets should be fine, since every participant agreed on the contest rules, which amongst other things states:

By submitting your contribution you agree that your artwork remains public domain and that it can be copied, modified and distributed, even for commercial purposes, without requiring further permission

Having said that, agreeing on such a copyright definition without a written consent may still not be legally binding. Therefore, I would still recommend to reach out to the respective contributors to collect a quick approval on chain, before sharing them.
