    In 40 years, the early versions that went for maybe $150-$200 are now worth $1000. If you took the inflation into account, it's doubled having being sold for $500 in todays money. But as more and more of these devices are lost or damaged, that effect increases.

      Like crypto? 😂 Far as I'm aware, antiques are a safer investment. Any idea how hard it is to buy something that's more than 100 years old?
