Voted for Basic Attention Token (BAT).
It honestly does a better implementation of comodifying attention than Steem currently does and it has celebrity clout. If I were just getting started today I would look into BAT with great interest.
As it stands, I like the rugged frontier of Steem better, no matter what the bright city slicksters are into.
