I don't know if they will release a proper anime series, they really should because the battle sequences are really exciting. However the solo anime episode of Noblesse failed to capture what the story is all about, since they crammed so many materials into one 30 minutes episode. It's too bad that you're not interested on the manhwa version, it's the only way available to consume Noblesse for now.
