Water is haaaaaaaaaaard! So here it looks like she's lowering herself in and the water is displacing around her and about to sluice back once she's settled, is that what you were going for? The water lighting and colours looks like you're on the right track, the hard part now is making the wet parts of the character look wet (I have no advice as I struggle a lot with this too). Still pretty good overall :)
