Bleach!!! Lol, bankai is one of the infamous technique from one of the characters in Bleach XD. It was a big deal when it was first shown in the manga, but later on, every character in Bleach has their version of 'bankai' so its power is watered down considerably, and the quality of the manga also. It got so bad that I quit reading it ^^.
You don't need to worry at all about Seira, Sojuchan. Her kind will never hurt humans so she's harmless XD.
