The Dream Pt 1

Tembang a Christian had a dream last night and in that dream, he had a spiritual battle to fight. He was confident he was going to be victorious. He believed that no power on earth or in the heavens can challenge that of his God. His enemy emerged from the very ground he was standing on. The earth cracked open and a powerful evil being emerged and was well dressed in his armor like a soldier going for a battle.

Tembang was not scared at all and immediately began to pray against the being. But somethhing shocking happened. The evil being appeared to be untouched and Tembang's prayers seemed to useless against it. The evil being just walked right up to Tembang and over powered him, took out his sword and pierced Tembang a good number of times in a way to inflict pain on him.

Tembang was hurt and in pain, then the evil being commanded the ground they were standing on and it opened and he pushed Tembang into the pit and gave the command again and it closed up. Tembang was defeated but not dead for that was one thing the being could not do. That is kill Tembang. Tembang still mastered faith and began to pray and the dark pit opened up releasing him and he was healed of his wounds completely.

Tembang immediately summoned the evil being and challenged it again. The evil being emerged exactly the way it did the last time and again the whole thing repeated itself. Tembang was defeated again very easily and put in the pit again. At that moment it dawned on Tembang that the only weapon he has against this being was not working and he asked why and where he was getting it all wrong? Nevertheless, he prayed again and was released again and his wounds were healed.

This time he did not summon the evil being again but he knew he had to prepare himself if he must defeat the being. He was meditating and asking God why when a voice ministered to him and said: Your bible. Then it dawned on Tembang that he had gone for a spiritual battle and forgot the one weapon that has been handed to Christians for such battles and the one thing evil cannot stand. The word of God his bible. Tembang immediately rushed and picked up the holy book and again remembered the scripture that says one will chase a thousand but two will chase ten thousand.

He then informed one of his fellow Christian brothers to join him. Bro Lesley agreed but just like Tembang at first, left his bible behind. Tembang summoned the evil being again but this time he took a longer time to emerge and when he finally did, something was different about him. Unlike the two previous times, he had in his hands a huge evil book like his own bible and Tembang could feel power emanating from the book. A fearful thought ran across Tembang's mind as he stood there thinking to himself: " He defeated me so easily without this great powerful book. What will he do now with this book in his hands".

Then Tembang immediately wiped off the thought and remembered that he was carrying a more stronger weapon and has backup too. Bro Leslie began immediately to pray just like Tembang did before, but the evil being sent him down on the floor with a single wave of his book and then used the book to descend heavy blows on Bro Leslie who was now trying to crawl away to save his life. Tembang in an effort to save his friend started praying and immediately the evil being's attention shifted to him.
