What exactly would you have done to get steem to $2? If you really could do that, with steem as low as it is, why not buy steem right now and then do it yourself?
Heck, if you can just get it to $.40 right now as a little "good faith proof"... I am sure people will be willing to give you whatever more resources you would need to make $2 happen.
I like bonus money :)
Also it will require some changes and without the largest hodl'er of Steem on board it's not worth it to try and lift it out of the muck.
I'm sure they would be on board for a rising steem price...
They didn't and they don't want any outside because they know what is best ......
Although the price action would suggest they need some outside help.
So when Steem hits 0.02 - 0.03 and they have sold down most of there stake, I just might take the reigns at that time.
Either way idc it's there money. I offered to help make them a few hundred million. They said no. Happens, I wish them the best :)
I will say I have never had or lost a cool billion so in that regard Ned did better than I have done (so far).
Not sure if you have noticed, but things have changed quite a bit with them recently. Ned is mostly out of the picture and they are listening much more to the community than ever before. I would make the offer again, but don't just post a comment or random post about it, get a serious conversation going with them and perhaps provide some evidence or details of how exactly you would do it. Crypto is full of hot air with very little follow through, so they are likely expecting the same from you.
