Hallucinogenic drug derived from lysergic acid,
better known as: ACID

This is a semi-synthetic psychedelic drug that is obtained from ergoline and the family of tryptamines.

Ergoline: is a heterocyclic chemical compound whose structural skeleton is part of a diverse range of alkaloids, including some psychedelics such as lysergic acid.

Tryptamine: is a monoamine alkaloid found in plants, fungi and animals. It contains an indole ring in its structure; is chemically related to the amino acid tryptophan.

LSD is usually swallowed or put under the tongue. It can be obtained in blotting paper, in gelatin or sugar cubes, although it can also be injected.

The first effects of LSD appear between 30 and 90 minutes after administration. They can last from 7 to 12 hours, having their maximum power between 3 and 5 hours.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS:

It may depend on the context of the consumption and the mental situation in which the individual who consumes it is located.

Its most significant effects are psychological and are known by the name of travel.

the effects may vary from small distortions of perception, mainly visual and auditory hallucinations and disconnection from reality.

EFFECTS IN THE STATE OF MIND:
