norway, like portugal. and it is a funny story.

In Norway thay got a new set of rules, went in to action. and that is, that users of drugs dont get punished. (But the drugs get taken away from them.)
In many political mindes in Norway are thinking. "YEEYY we can use drugs freely" most of them are from the green side of the scale - We got a green and a blue side, Look it up haha

I like the new rule, so the police can go after the dealers. But the force who is backing it.(police.) They are bullies like in every other country, think that they can abuse the system and still punish the users that not follow the news.

But I do not know my selv if it is going to work or not. I guess time will tell :)
