Yesterday, we explored some important steps that you can take if you have decided to use psychedelics.
Today, I want to share a "hack" that you can use to give yourself a greater chance of having an enjoyable and insightful experience.
This is based on suggestions from Terence McKenna and includes exploring your shadow self, while using EFT tapping to release any emotional charge.
