It will reach 78 days by the time I'm finished so still just under 3 weeks to go! I am finding myself saying "hey" at the end of sentences now which is not good! Need to iron that nonsense out straight away. And also saying "yea-no" which doesn't help anyone in any verbal communication!

howdy sir nickyhavey! Sam Hill...lol.. that's the gentleman redneck's way of saying "hell" without saying it! A southern saying but I don't think anyone knows for sure how it got started but it's pretty clear what it means.
People say yea-no all the time? does that even make sense? is that when you aren't sure? lol.
Haha probably the same as us saying "What the Dickens is that?" instead of saying the "f" word!
I asked a few Aussies about this yea-no thing and apparently the first yea is to acknowledge your question and the no is to answer it lol. I will try and clarify it more but it is confusing lol

Oh I think you should definitely use that phrase sir nickyhavey, it can be like a trade mark. and since no one can understand what you're talking about anyway it won't matter if they understand it! It's brilliant.
