I present some secular options too, in case using God names, or foreign languages is a barrier for you.
The great thing about chanting, is the process itself. How it literally slams you into the now, into present time, releasing you from any anxiety over what may happen, or stress over what has happened.
Regardless of what you're chanting, the process itself has amazing results.
