You are right about that. Majority of people on steemit does not reply from the heart but just to get upvotes. Try to say what is in your heart even though it may not agree with the author perspective about it. But that is the unique of engagement, to share view and different idea among oneselves
Yep we need to be conscious of this and strive to do better.
