It's the Half Hour Songwrite Challenge SUNDAY SONG OF THE WEEK (RUNNER UP)! 💛

I just had to finish the runner up this week, THE TINIEST STAR (from the prompt MY GLORY, by @cityofstars) and see where it went. I'm glad I did. This is a very ragged one take performance, but the song itself I kinda love :)

The winning songwrite, MY OWN BUSINESS, a folksy song about the epic battle between good and evil (in which socks are used as pawns, which I'd always kinda suspected), has already been posted here:

HALF HOUR SONGWRITE CHALLENGE is an ongoing daily Dtube vlog. Each day I challenge myself to write a song in 30 minutes, using a one word prompt provided by a random word generator (https://wordcounter.net/random-word-generator), by viewer suggestion, or by @mariannewest's daily freewrite on the Steem blockchain.

*Pick-a-Prompt is a contest that runs every Sunday - Thursday on Dtube. Winning prompts receive 3 Steem basic Income shares, and are used for the following day's Half Hour Songwrite Challenge! Also, Promptketeers who participate 3 or more times in any given week receive 1 SBI :)
