FB creating their own security will be forced to bow to the authorities and collect KYC (Know Your Customer) info. Everyone who participates in that platform will be doomed. If there's a CEO or an office that can be pointed to, it will be squeezed by the withering hand of accusation until there is nothing left for accusation to clutch. The test of decentralization is coming and if you have any sort of control, watch out.
Right on that means they will have the infrastructure in place to facilitate the transactions for any merchant, can we say east adoption!
Big news when a main chain picks up bitcoin as their transaction facilitator will need to scale for demand where current merchants have minimum and maximum limits based on demand.
