You are spot on about the delegation. Delegation is a great way to help someone gain momentum, but once you're rolling, it is up to each individual, to keep the momentum going.

Yup, you're right as well.
As people can give you the boost initially but now it comes down on us how we show them our efforts so they keep us movin and march mutually ahead.
