Really good job! Great movement control. :)
When you calculate tempo and TUT (time under tension), some metronome app could be useful. Because sometimes we have tendency count much quicker/slower.
You and @matkodurko can try much slower tempo like 10:5:X:1 for example. It's fun when you have around 16 seconds per repetion. :) Quite lot of eccentric, isometric and explosive strength in 1 rep :)
