    Agreed. The tips make sense when trading with normal fiat currency, but how about trading/exchanging between different crypto currencies? i.e. shorting for an altcoin

      The advice here is to be an investor instead of being a trader.
      You still can be an investor with crypto because crypto can reward within months. Usually an investor waits at least 5 years, up to 20 years for huge profit.
      Therefore trading crypto is not necessary. No leverage or stop needed. Just patience.
