Mayor de Blasio has decided that New York City is now going to pay for the comprehensive healthcare of low income individuals and illegal aliens, along with partially pay for it based on income with others. The city is claiming it will somehow only cost $100 million to fund when anyone with half a brain can figure out this is complete nonsens.
