Virginia Democrats have kicked things into overdrive with their attempting to ban the overwhelming majority of firearms in the state regardless of the push back. HB 961 has moved out of committee and onto the full House of Delegates to consider when nearly the entirety of the state is now a Second Amendment sanctuary.
