Man you are so right. Diet is the top issues, and perhaps the hardest I think! Love tip #1. No fruit. That sugar is a killer to the process. Love this series man.

Thank you, Captain Bob! Yes, we want to control those insulin levels and stop the building processes that the body goes through when there's a lot of sugar in the blood. We want to burn not store. As simple as that. I'm glad you can verify what I'm saying here.
