Yugoslavian National Army Bunker, Božava, Dugi otok, Croatia 2019

Recently I visited Dugi otok, as a long wish I had to visit it. I try to find spring wells wherever I travel & on some islands in Croatia is very difficult to find any cause many island are pretty dry. Dugi otok is situated in the outer borders of the Croatian part of the Adriatic sea so it was always a strategically very important point for protecting the country. In Tito's Yugoslavia, Dugi otok was one of the military bases & they were digging huge sea bunkers where hole ships or submarines could hide & secure the country border. Now the bunker is not in use by the modern Croatian army anymore but the water started pouring from the ceiling & the wall & it is drinkable water so I went there to pour some into the bottles.
